04 / FAQ

A few things you might wonder

Is CentMenu a budget meal planner?

Yes. CentMenu plans a week around your household, supermarket and weekly budget, with recipes and a package-aware grocery list. If the budget is too low, it shows the estimated overage.

Why are there two totals?

The food total is the value of ingredients used in your meals. The checkout total includes every whole package you need to buy. Both are estimates.

Can I use it offline?

Your recipe catalog, preferences and meal plans stay on your device and work offline. Purchases and subscription verification need an internet connection.

Is there a free preview?

You can set up your household and preview a week for free. The full week and complete grocery list require a subscription. The App Store shows the current price and any available trial before purchase.

Can I print a free meal plan template?

Yes. Every free weekly plan on our sister site MealPlan.help includes all seven days and a grocery list. Use Print / Save as PDF to print it or save it from your browser.

Does CentMenu track me?

No account, analytics, advertising trackers or IDFA. Adapty processes an anonymous profile ID and purchase information only to verify your subscription; its IP collection is disabled.
